ACC predictions for 2013 season

Looks like I'm not the only one giving the Canes some love in the Coastal Division this preseason.
ESPN Insider Brian Fremeau gives his post-spring projections for the ACC, including his projected order of finish as well as win range windows and conference title chances for every team. Clemson and Miami earn the top spots in their respective divisions.
It's Insider content, but here's a sneak peek of what Fremeau had to say about the Tigers:
In conference play, Clemson draws its toughest opponents, Florida State and Georgia Tech, at home in Death Valley. Home-field advantage is the primary factor that vaults Clemson to the top of our ACC projections.

Nineteen returning starters are tied for the most in college football this year, its program rating (No. 28) is respectable, and the rest of its division and its conference schedule aren't particularly daunting.
