Here are your top five performers for Week 12:

Virginia coach Mike London: Not only has his stock risen for the ACC's Coach of the Year award (he should be the lead candidate after today), but London should also be a hot commodity for other coaching openings throughout the country this offseason. His team is arguably the most improved in the ACC this year, and the 14-13 upset of Florida State further solidified that. UVa has now won four straight games and will play rival Virginia Tech next week for the Coastal Division title.

Virginia Tech quarterback Logan Thomas: He threw for two touchdowns and ran for a third in the Hokies' 24-21 win over NorthCarolina on Thursday night. He threw for 195 yards and ran for 32 more. The rushing touchdown was his ninth of the season, tying for the most by a quarterback under Frank Beamer. Michael Vick rushed for nine touchdowns in 1999.

NC State cornerback David Amerson: He made his 11th interception of the season in the third quarter of a 37-13 win over Clemson, tying the ACC single-season mark set by Dre Bly of UNC in 1996. With one more interception, Amerson will be tied for third in NCAA (FBS) history. He already ranks fifth on the NC State career list as only a sophomore.

Georgia Tech quarterback Tevin Washington: He completed 6 of 13 passes for 185 yards and ran 39 yards for a touchdown to help the Jackets beat Duke, 38-31. Four of his completions covered at least 29 yards, and he also ran for a game-high 136 yards.

Wake Forest receiver Chris Givens: He tied a career-high with eight receptions and set a career-high with 191 yards in the 31-10 win over Maryland. Givens, who also had one touchdown, set the Wake Forest record for receiving yards in a season and now has 1,207. He broke Ricky Proehl's record of 1,053 set in 1989.
