In the second installment of ESPNNewYork.com's two-part interview to note his 10 years as New York Jets owner, Woody Johnson discusses his evolution in the role.

Johnson talks about his greatest influences, proudest moments and biggest regrets. Johnson describes his admiration for New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner and shares his thoughts on each of the Jets' head coaches since he took over.

Johnson made a push to bring Bill Parcells back as head coach after Bill Belichick quit the Jets in 2000. But Johnson clearly is thrilled with his current coach.

"Rex is a leader among men," Johnson said of Rex Ryan. "He's a great leader. He leads through humor and expertise. He's the best X's-and-O's guy I've ever had, but it's not just X's and O's. It's the desire to lead his team. This is a man's sport. He's unique."

The first part of Johnson's interview was posted Friday. In it, he spoke of his obsession with getting the Jets to the Super Bowl.
