PITTSBURGH -- Conditions for Sunday night's AFC Championship Game here at Heinz Field sound brutal.
The Weather Channel's forecast for the 6:30 p.m. kickoff between the New York Jets and Pittsburgh Steelers is a temperature of about 13 degrees with a wind chill around 6 degrees.
As of late Saturday night, there was no chance of snow for the game.
But that's still the type of cold that will make a grown man cry -- if his tear ducts weren't frozen shut.
To get in the mood for the game, throw on your Snuggie, grab a mug of hot chocolate and check out ESPN.com's slideshow "Freeze Frames: Cold-Weather NFL Classics

NFL spokesman Greg Aiello tweeted Saturday night that Heinz Field's notoriously treacherous playing surface was in "good shape" and "ready for play." New sod has been laid down since the National Hockey League staged its Winter Classic there on Jan. 1.
