Are Dolphins lacking confidence?

Miami Dolphins defensive end Jason Taylor is a 15-year veteran who has been on a lot of teams and played a lot of games. That's why Taylor's statement carries a lot of weight when he suggested some Miami players could be doubting themselves in games.

Here were Taylor's comments after Sunday's 23-13 loss to the Houston Texans:
"Not everybody, but I'm sure there is a faction of the group that’s kind of trying to figure this thing out, figure out where we are. That's kind of the part of losing sometimes is you start to question, second guess a little bit, question yourself, question what you're doing as a team. Until you win those things will linger out there a little bit. I think winning cures all ills and we’re kind of stuck in mud right now trying to figure out how to get everyone in this room to believe and play like they expect to win. Not hoping to win but expecting to win."

Miami coach Tony Sparano agreed with Taylor on Monday.
"No, I think Jason is entitled to make his comments. I mean, I think what Jason is saying is true in some senses of the word. I just answered the question. We got to get over the hump as a football team and figure out how to win those kind of games. I mean I think that’s what the guy is talking about."

The 0-2 Dolphins are already in a must-win situation Sunday at Cleveland if they want to do anything significant this season. The bad news is Miami is struggling. The good news is Miami was great on the road last year, posting a 6-2 mark.

Can the Dolphins win on the road for the seventh time in nine games?
