Here are the most interesting stories Monday morning in the AFC East:
Former New England Patriots receiver Chad Ochocinco is working out with friend and fellow free agent Terrell Owens.
Morning take: Both are looking for jobs, and it's more likely Ochocinco gets the first call. He already has a tryout lined up with the Miami Dolphins, and there are fewer character concerns with Ochocinco.
Speaking of the Dolphins, second-year running back Daniel Thomas says he's much improved.
Morning take: Thomas showed flashes with Miami last year but still had rookie mistakes and battled injuries. Thomas now finds himself in a crowded backfield that includes starter Reggie Bush and rookie upstart Lamar Miller.
ESPN NFL analyst Tedy Bruschi thinks New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow should stop doing interviews.
Morning take: I disagree with Bruschi on this one. Yes, Tebow probably does more media than any backup quarterback in league history. But he's not asking for this attention and saying all the right things.
Buffalo Bills defensive lineman Kyle Williams just celebrated his 29th birthday this past Sunday.
Morning take: Happy birthday goes out to Williams, who has a big year coming up for the Bills. His foot injury sidelined him in 2011, but Williams returns with a lot of talented defensive linemen around him.
