There is some sad news to report for the Buffalo Bills. According to CBS42 in Alabama, the brother of Bills defensive tackle Marcell Dareus was killed this week in a triple homicide.
Dareus will be traveling to Alabama to grieve with his family, according to the report. It's too early to determine Dareus’ status for Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Bills CEO Russ Brandon was on WGR radio station in Buffalo this morning and said the team is standing behind Dareus and his family "100 percent" during this tough time.
"I have been in contact with him, and many people in the organization have," Brandon told WGR. "All we can do is stand by him."
