Here are the most interesting stories Friday in the AFC East:
  • Will the New York Jets defensive backs step up against the talented receivers of the Pittsburgh Steelers?
Morning take: Pittsburgh is stacked with Mike Wallace, Antonio Brown and Emmanuel Sanders. The Jets have depth at corner but need Pro Bowler Darrelle Revis to play in this game.
Morning take: We knew it was a risk for Buffalo to go in with two young corners. That group got exposed against the Jets. Stephon Gilmore and Aaron Williams need to play better and get better in coverage.
Morning take: Tailback Stephen Ridley shouldn't get all the credit. The offensive line did a great job run blocking and creating constant lanes for Ridley to run through.
  • Should Miami Dolphins rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill lean on veteran Matt Moore?
Morning take: Moore can teach via experience. But there isn’t really much Moore can teach Tannehill about the West Coast offense. Tannehill knows the system best after playing it in college. This is the first time Moore is playing in the scheme.
