The Miami Dolphins pulled off a wide-receiver swap on Tuesday. Miami signed veteran receiver Jabar Gaffney and cut the struggling Legedu Naanee.

Miami visited with Gaffney when he was released this summer by the New England Patriots. The Dolphins kept Gaffney on their short list and finally made the move after Naanee failed to produce.

Naanee turned out to be a bust free-agent signing by Miami. He had one catch for 19 yards in four games. Naanee also had a big fumble last week against the Cardinals in his only catch.

The Dolphins also signed defensive lineman Andre Fluellen and waived/injured linebacker Mike Rivera.
