This is a topic that derived from a heated debate earlier Tuesday within our AFC East community.
A lot of readers in our division took exception to that and mentioned Miami defensive end Cameron Wake. That leads to our latest poll question: Who is the better defensive end: Wake or Williams?
Wake is having a faster start to the season than Williams. He has 22 tackles and 6.5 sacks. Wake has 34.5 career sacks in four seasons.
Williams started slow but had his first double-digit sack game as a Bill in Week 6. Williams now has 14 tackles and 3.5 sacks on the season. He signed a $100 million contract in the offseason and has 56.5 career sacks.
Wake is having the better season so far. Does he deserve the top spot? Or has Williams proven over his career to be the more dynamic player?
