The AFC East went 1-2 in Week 7. But there were several good performances.
So who is the latest AFC East Player of the Week?
Is it New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski? “Gronk” had a good game with six receptions for 78 yards and two touchdowns against the rival New York Jets. Gronkowski took advantage of New York’s safeties.
What about Jets receiver Jeremy Kerley? He made several nice catches against the Patriots and finished with seven receptions for a career-high 120 yards. Kerley was quarterback Mark Sanchez’s best receiver.
Don’t forget about the Buffalo Bills' Ryan Fitzpatrick. The streaky quarterback had a good game, throwing for 217 yards, three touchdowns and a late interception. The fourth-quarter pick led to the Tennessee Titans pulling out a 35-34 win. But overall, Fitzpatrick did not play a bad game.
