Here are the most interesting stories Thursday in the AFC East:
  • Bills head coach Chan Gailey says Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans is critical for Buffalo’s season.
Morning take: The Bills are in danger of falling to 3-5 coming off the bye week. Buffalo needs to win this week or next week against the New England Patriots just to remain in contention.
  • Miami Dolphins tailback Reggie Bush says it’s too bad if New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie doesn’t like him.
Morning take: The Jets and Dolphins are still talking about each other? At least they won’t face each other again until next week.
  • Are the Jets having buyer’s remorse with backup quarterback Tim Tebow?
Morning take: There are trade rumors flying around, but I don’t expect anything to happen with Tebow. So far he has been more of a distraction to the Jets than an asset.
Morning take: Moore was decent at the end of last season, but was mostly disappointing this year. The Patriots need someone to consistently step up in the secondary.
