Parrish dresses, likely won't play for Bills

Here's an interesting twist.
Unlike last week, the Buffalo Bills will let return man Roscoe Parrish dress for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers in Bank of America Stadium.
But Parrish has been designated as the emergency quarterback.
That means Parrish, the NFL's top punt returner the past two years, won't be able to enter the game as a receiver or return man until the fourth quarter, or else starting quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick and backup Gibran Hamdan will be disqualified from returning to the game.
The Bills have scratched usual starting quarterback Trent Edwards because of a concussion suffered last week against the New York Jets.
Here are the inactives for both teams:
