The beauty of the AFC East chat is that when somebody walks past your cubicle, it looks like you're intently studying something on your computer, like a quarterly report or an invoice.

And yet, you're stealing money. You get credit for time served by chatting with me about all sorts of tomfoolery.

Not a bad deal.

So if you want to kill an hour, maybe two, yapping about whatever topics happen to unfold, drop by SportsNation at 3 p.m.

Feel free log in early to leave questions or comments for consideration. A few ideas to ponder:
  • I have a feeling the Wildcat will remain one step -- or several sprinted strides -- ahead of the Jets' defense.
  • If you need a blogger to help you fill out a fantasy lineup, then you deserve to receive the worst advice he can conjure. So pick up Roscoe Parrish. Start him.
  • Quaker Steak & Lube's deep-fried soft pretzels will be served in line at the pearly gates.
  • The Patriots will not run away with the division. Take a gander at their first five games after the bye. Not exactly a lot of gimmies in there.
  • For those who think Shonn Greene will be just as productive as Leon Washington, remember: Greene can't catch.
  • If the Bills beat the Texans on Sunday, there's no way Trent Edwards gets his job back from Ryan Fitzpatrick. Who could have seen that coming in July?
  • There are people out there who actually eat circus peanuts.
  • The Dolphins' offensive line deserves more credit than it has been getting. All of their rushing success has been credited to the formation and not the blocking.
  • SNK Baseball Stars is the most underrated sports video game ever made.
