ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- The Buffalo Bills could soon have their top two receivers back and healthy.

Stevie Johnson (right groin) and Robert Woods (ankle) both missed Sunday's win over the New York Jets, the only two injured players among the Bills' seven inactives for the game.

Asked Monday if he feels that Johnson and Woods will be back on the field after the bye, coach Doug Marrone gave a direct response.

"I do," he said. "Yes I do."

Even without Johnson and Woods, the Bills managed 245 passing yards Sunday, with rookie Marquise Goodwin (six catches for 81 yards) leading the way. It was part of an overall clean offensive effort from Buffalo, which did not turn the ball over and allowed EJ Manuel to be sacked only once.

"I think it sets a standard of what we're looking for," Marrone said of Manuel's performance. "When you really think about what he's faced, what that [Jets] defense has done to young quarterbacks, having seen them a second time around helped him quite a bit."

Manuel may now have his full complement of receivers back for his next game on Dec. 1 in Toronto.

"Now the expectation is that he has to go out and play like that every day," Marrone said. "And that's what we expect."
