L.T. supplants Sanchez in MVP Watch

Mark Sanchez has fallen off Mike Sando's MVP Watch, and for good reason.

LaDainian Tomlinson replaced him as the New York Jets' representative.

Tomlinson made his debut at No. 5 on Sando's weekly tracker after another big game Sunday. Tomlinson scored two touchdowns for the second time in three games to power the Jets past the Denver Broncos at Mile High Stadium.

Sando notes Tomlinson's five rushing touchdowns rank third behind Chris Johnson and Arian Foster and his five runs of at least 20 yards are tied for third.

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady remained in the No. 2 spot behind Peyton Manning. In his first game without Randy Moss running deep, Brady got hot in the fourth quarter and overtime to guide the Patriots past the Baltimore Ravens.
