Wrap-up: Ravens 37, Bills 34
By Tim Graham
What it means: The Bills are winless, but this wasn't merely another defeat. They were highly competitive on the road and took an elite NFL team into overtime Sunday. In some ways, what transpired in M&T Bank Stadium can be construed as a victory for the Bills in terms of giving them encouragement. The Ravens were supposed to annihilate them.
Dandy tandem: Ryan Fitzpatrick triggered the shootout with a career afternoon. He threw four touchdown passes for the first time, three of them to Lee Evans. Fitzpatrick was 29 of 43 for 374 yards and had two interceptions. Evans had six catches for 105 yards.
Unsung Hero: Steve Johnson had eight receptions for 158 yards and a touchdown.
Trending: The Bills gave up more than 30 points again, extending their franchise record to five straight games.
What's next: The Bills visit the Kansas City Chiefs in Arrowhead Stadium next Sunday.
