Poll Friday: Worst AFC East defense?

By James Walker

Overall, the AFC East is struggling when it comes to playing great defense. The New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins are all near the bottom of the NFL in yards allowed.

But in our latest edition of "Poll Friday," we want to know which defense is officially the worst in the NFL.

Is it Buffalo? The Bills are ranked No. 31 in the NFL in total defense but have forced a lot of turnovers. Still, this group has little pass rush and can’t seem to stop allowing big plays in the passing game.

What about New England's defense? The Patriots are ranked No. 32. They have showed some strides the past two weeks, but New England allowed so many yards in the first month that it cannot climb out of the league basemen.

Or is Miami's defense the worst in the division? The Dolphins were ranked sixth in the NFL last year and have dropped 20 spots to No. 26 this season. It’s one of the main reasons they are 0-5 and firmly in the Andrew Luck sweepstakes.

Using our SportsNation poll, vote on the worst defense in the AFC East and share your thoughts in the comment section below.
