Jets-Broncos injury report

By James Walker

Here is the final injury report for Thursday's game between the New York Jets (5-4) and Denver Broncos (4-5):

Out: S Brodney Pool (knee), WR Jeremy Kerley (knee), TE Shawn Nelson (illness), RB LaDainian Tomlinson (knee)

Probable: WR Plaxico Burress (low back), DL Mike DeVito (knee), DL Marcus Dixon (shoulder), LB David Harris (ankle), WR Santonio Holmes (foot), DL Kenrick Ellis (ankle), OL Nick Mangold (ankle), LB Josh Mauga (low back), RB Joe McKnight (toe), LB Calvin Pace (groin), DB Darrelle Revis (knee), OL Matt Slauson (ankle), DB Isaiah Trufant (hamstring), WR Patrick Turner (kidney)

Out: RB Knowshon Moreno (knee)

Questionable: RB Willis McGhee (hamstring)

Probable: OT Ryan Clady (knee), OT Chris Clark (knee), S Brian Dawkins (ankle), TE Julius Thomas (ankle), CB Cassius Vaughn (hamstring), LB Wesley Woodyard (knee)

Analysis: Key players are missing for the Jets coming off the short week. Pool, Kerley and Tomlinson will hurt New York's depth. Kerley is the team's No. 3 receiver, and Tomlinson is the backup tailback and best receiver out of the backfield. Look for Joe McKnight to get an expanded role in place of Tomlinson. For the Broncos, the biggest question mark is tailback Willis McGahee. The Broncos could certainly use him in their "T-bone" offense. Denver had a run-to-pass ratio of 55-to-8 last week against the Kansas City Chiefs.
