Poll Friday: America's Team

By James Walker

New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie called the New England Patriots the new version of “America’s Team” this week. Cromartie cited the Patriots’ three Super Bowl titles as proof they are the most recent dynasty, earning New England the mythical title.

But is New England really "America’s Team"? That is our latest "Poll Friday" question to our AFC East community.

The Dallas Cowboys have long held that title. Has anything changed? The Cowboys have not won anything significant in a long time.

What about the Green Bay Packers? They are a small-market team, but very popular. A recent Super Bowl win put the Packers back on the map.

You also have teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Giants to consider.

Using our SportsNation poll, vote on who is currently “America’s Team” in the NFL. You can also share your thoughts in the comment section below.
