Bills injury updates: Moats out for year
By James Walker
Buffalo Bills head coach Chan Gailey met with the local media Monday, about 24 hours after his team's 50-17 debacle against the Seattle Seahawks.
Gailey had more bad news in terms of injury updates. Linebacker Arthur Moats (leg) is out for the year and receiver Marcus Easley (hamstring) will miss at least Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins, Gailey said.
The Bills also had some potentially good injury news with starting center Eric Wood. Gailey said there is a chance Wood (knee) could return for the final two games. But with Buffalo out of the playoff race, it may be better to just shut down Wood. He's had a history of leg and knee injuries and shouldn't risk going into another offseason injured.
