Colts owner praises the Dolphins' defense

By James Walker

DAVIE, Fla. – Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay is not happy with his offense, particularly the pass protection for star quarterback Andrew Luck. In the process, one of the most powerful people in the NFL voiced extremely high praise for the defense of the Miami Dolphins.

Irsay took to Twitter Wednesday to both bash his offensive line and offer major compliments to Miami’s defense after its Week 1 performance against Cleveland. It’s no secret Indianapolis’ offensive line is a weakness, and the Dolphins registered six sacks and 16 hits total in Week 1 on Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden.

The Colts allowed four sacks in their Week 1 win over Oakland. The Raiders led in that game midway through the fourth quarter before Luck pulled out a close victory.
