Miami morning take: Reaction Friday
By James Walker
Here are the most interesting Miami Dolphins stories Friday following their overtime win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
Morning take: Most expected the Bengals to win based on their hot streak. But Miami is a talented team that can be dangerous if and when things come together. The Dolphins finally pulled out a tight game.
- Brian Briggane of the Palm Beach Post described Thursday’s win as dramatic.
Morning take: Cameron Wake was the biggest playmaker. He had three sacks and the game-winning safety in overtime. The Dolphins are a much-better defense when Wake is at 100 percent.
Morning take: Miami is back to .500. That doesn’t guarantee they’re making the playoffs, but it does mean the season is not over. The Dolphins are at least in position to make something happen in the second half.
Morning take: It was a physical game, and the Dolphins suffered several injuries. Incognito is the biggest name who will be questionable going forward.
