PITTSBURGH -- They weren't kidding when they said Sunday's blockbuster showdown between the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers would be a bone-jarring affair.

Ravens reserve safety Daren Stone was slobberknocked by running back Carey Davis while attempting to cover the opening kickoff. Stone staggered to his feet and needed defensive backs Evan Oglesby and Tom Zbikowski to escort him to the sideline.

An announcement was made in the Heinz Field press box that Stone has a concussion. His return is doubtful.
