Delhomme vs. the AFC North

The Cleveland Browns added the newest member of the AFC North quarterback fraternity over the weekend. The team signed veteran Jake Delhomme to a two-year contract.

Delhomme is in as Cleveland's starter next season and Brady Quinn is out following a trade to the Denver Broncos. Delhomme now will see a trio of stout defenses twice a year in the Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers. All three teams finished in the top five in total defense in 2009.
