ESPN's Adam Schefter has reported on the compensatory picks for the 2010 draft.
Here is how things turned out for the AFC North:

- The Cincinnati Bengals gained additional draft picks in the third (No. 96) and fourth rounds (No. 131).
- The Pittsburgh Steelers earned two fifth-round compensatory picks (No. 164 and No. 166) and a seventh rounder (No. 242).
- Neither the Cleveland Browns nor the Baltimore Ravens were awarded compensatory picks this year, according to Schefter.
