Morning take: Strides from Mendenhall

Here are the most interesting stories Friday in the AFC North: Morning take: Mendenhall made good strides in his second year but still has room to grow in areas like ball security. Pittsburgh is showing a lot of confidence in the former first-round pick.
Morning take: Translation: Expect the Ravens' money truck to land on Ngata's doorstep at some point. I'm still not sure everyone realizes his rare combination of size, strength and agility for a large man.
Morning take: For Cleveland, Berry and Florida cornerback Joe Haden appear to be the favorites. But what happens if both are available at No. 7?
Morning take: Thomas is the second-rated safety on most draft boards and could add some youth and athleticism to Cincinnati's veteran group of safeties.
