Owens against Cleveland
New Bills receiver Terrell Owens will play the Browns in 2009 for the second consecutive season. Here is how he fared in the previous three meetings in three different uniforms:
Year Team Stats Result
2003 49ers 8 receptions,
90 yards
L, 12-13
2004 Eagles 4 receptions,
109 yards, 2 TDs
W, 34-31
2008 Cowboys 5 receptions,
87 yards, TD
W, 28-10
2009 Bills ???

It doesn't matter what uniform Terrell Owens wears, because the Cleveland Browns cannot seem to shake the star receiver.

The Browns will be the only AFC North team since the division realignment in 2002 to play against Owens at all four career stops. Cleveland travels to Buffalo next fall to face Owens and the Bills as both teams finished last in their respective division and were paired together.

It will also mark the second straight year Cleveland travels to Buffalo. Last season, the Browns beat the Bills, 29-27, which was quarterback Brady Quinn's first career victory.

Can the Browns go into Buffalo and beat the Bills again next year with Owens, who often has big games against Cleveland? We will find out next fall.
