Here are the most interesting stories Saturday in the AFC North: Morning take: Much has been lost in the trash-talking this week between the New York Jets and Baltimore. But overall, Ryan left a strong imprint on the Ravens' defense.
Morning take: Everyone has to step up their game a little more without Ben Roethlisberger under center. If the defense, in particular, plays lights out, Pittsburgh has a good chance.
Morning take: Cribbs is simply a great football player. But he continues to add to his game, which is great news for the Browns.

  • Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Antwan Odom will play Sunday against the New England Patriots while his failed test is in the appeals process.
Morning take: Odom reportedly took prescribed medicine that contained a banned substance, but it's unknown if he will win his appeal. All that can be done right now is to focus on New England.
