Here are the most interesting stories Thursday in the AFC North:
Columnist Bill Livingston of the Cleveland Plain Dealer believes the Browns should release Donte' Stallworth "sooner, not later."
Morning take: It will definitely be interesting to see how the Browns handle this unique set of circumstances. But don't expect the team to move on this until the league takes action with Stallworth first.
The Associated Press reports the Baltimore Ravens and the Maryland Lottery approved a deal to have team logos on scratch-off tickets.
Morning take: Baltimore is in the first group of what likely will be a growing list of teams looking for alternate ways to earn money. The NFL is a sports league but it's also big business.
Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com has a Q&A with Cincinnati quarterback Carson Palmer.
Morning take: Palmer says the Bengals "expect to win" this year. His confidence is one reason Cincinnati's fan base also is extremely optimistic.
Pittsburgh Steelers tailback Willie Parker is working to stay ahead of the game this offseason, according to Scott Brown of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
Morning take: Parker has a lot of reasons to be motivated. He will be pushed this year by former first-round pick Rashard Mendenhall, and Parker also is in a contract year.
