CINCINNATI -- The AFC North blog makes its final minicamp stop with the Cincinnati Bengals Thursday. The three-day camp runs through Saturday, and we will be here to provide all the details.
Here are some things I'm looking for in Cincinnati this week:
- Is top receiver Chad Ochocinco as good as advertised after training hard in the offseason?
- Will defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer continue to evolve his unit now that he has more talent at his disposal?
- How is first-round pick Andre Smith developing in his switch from left tackle to right tackle?
- How is linebacker Keith Rivers looking since returning to the field from a broken jaw?
- Will rookie linebacker Rey Maualuga make a strong impression before challenging for a starting role in training camp?
- Will a crowded and murky tailback situation behind starter Cedric Benson start to clear up?
- Are receivers Andre Caldwell and Jerome Simpson ready to make strides in their second season?
I'm off to watch the first practice. Check the AFC North blog for updates and insight on the Bengals from their mandatory minicamp.
