Morning take: Are Ravens No. 1?


Here are the most interesting stories Wednesday in the AFC North:

Morning take: ESPN.com received a lot of heat from Ravens fans for ranking them No. 2 behind the Pittsburgh Steelers (3-1). But both teams are representing the division extremely well.

  • Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin is confident in quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

Morning take: Pittsburgh had two weeks to get Roethlisberger ready, and even with a little rust he's more dangerous than his backups.

  • Here are 10 reasons Cleveland Browns (1-4) rookie quarterback Colt McCoy can win Sunday against Pittsburgh.

Morning take: If having "less of a book on him than the others" is what Cleveland is leaning on, I think the Browns are in big trouble.

  • Cincinnati Bengals (2-3) receiver Terrell Owens is off to a great start.

Morning take: With 31 receptions for 476 yards, Owens is doing his part. But the Bengals (2-3) have other problems to fix during their bye week.
