Source: QB Colt McCoy will start Sunday

Although it's even less of a secret this week, Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Colt McCoy will make his second career start against the New Orleans Saints, a source confirmed to ESPN.com's AFC North blog on Friday.

Browns head coach Eric Mangini said earlier this week that McCoy will start if he doesn't see enough progress with quarterbacks Jake Delhomme and Seneca Wallace. Both veterans missed practice this week with high-ankle sprains.

Cleveland (1-5) will enter the bye week after Sunday's game against New Orleans (4-2). That will give the Browns an opportunity to get healthy at quarterback and determine whether it's best to stick with the rookie, McCoy, or go back to one of their veterans.
