Morning take: LeBeau Hall of Fame bound?

Here are the most interesting stories Wednesday in the AFC North:
Longtime Pittsburgh Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau became a finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Tuesday, writes Ed Bouchette of the Post-Gazette.
Morning take: Although the Class of 2010 will not be selected until early next year, getting this important bid puts LeBeau within reach. He would get my vote -- if I had one.
Cleveland Browns rookie receiver Brian Robiskie is starting to make strides toward the end of training camp, according to Tony Grossi of the Plain Dealer.
Morning take: I was a little surprised this didn't happen earlier. Robiskie was arguably the draft's most polished receiver, yet fellow rookie Mohamed Massaquoi got off to a quicker start in training camp.
Baltimore Ravens cornerback Frank Walker must improve after a rough preseason outing, writes Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times.
Morning take: New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan is very familiar with Walker, and Baltimore's former defensive coordinator went at him almost exclusively in the second half with a lot of success.
Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer did some throwing but did not practice with the team Tuesday.
Morning take: Palmer is expected to miss his second straight preseason game Thursday against the St. Louis Rams. That leaves one more possible test run for Palmer before the real games begin.
