Ravens safety Ed Reed awarded

It's been a great week for Baltimore Ravens safety Ed Reed.

First, Reed was named to his seventh Pro Bowl on Tuesday as a starter for the AFC team in Hawaii. Then on Wednesday, Reed earned AFC Defensive Player of the Week honors for his two interceptions in Baltimore's 20-10 victory over the Cleveland Browns. The win also clinched a playoff berth for the Ravens (11-4).

Reed has six interceptions, 35 tackles and one forced fumble on the season. He joins Baltimore Pro Bowl defensive lineman Haloti Ngata as the second Raven to earn AFC Defensive Player of the Week honors this year.
