There seems to be a lot of optimism in Cleveland with McCoy. He showed some flashes and leadership during a tough 5-11 season for the Browns. But McCoy also looked like a rookie at times. Scouts Inc. was not impressed, predicting Cleveland will be the NFL's worst team and will draft Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck with the top overall pick in 2012.
