For those who don't know about Simpson's theatrics, he intentionally flopped to the ground last Sunday when the Browns' Scott Fujita bumped into him after a play. The nearest official saw Simpson fall to the ground and threw the flag on Fujita (there were offsetting penalties on the play).
So, let me get this straight: You can get fined $10,000 for talking on a cell phone on the sideline but you get nothing for inducing a penalty by purposely falling to the ground. At the very least, Simpson should be forced to take acting lessons.
To follow up on story from earlier in the week, Bengals wide receiver Jerome Simpson won't be fined by the NFL for his infamous flop, according to Pro Football Talk.
