Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton didn't practice today because of an intestinal virus, The Cincinnati Enquirer reported.
Dalton Dalton's illness is not considered serious. He is being listed as day to day and is expected to return tomorrow. Bruce Gradkowski and Zac Robinson took the snaps at quarterback for the Bengals.
The Bengals play at the Houston Texans on Saturday in a wild-card playoff game.
Dalton made history with his durability this season. He became the first rookie quarterback not drafted in the first round to start all 16 games and lead his team to the playoffs.
The only previous time that Dalton had missed a practice this season was on Sept. 14, which came three days after he injured his wrist.
