Bengals, Steelers injury updates

Updates for the Bengals and Steelers as they prepare for their wild-card games this weekend:

BENGALS: QB Andy Dalton (illness) was limited in practice after being out yesterday. On the defensive line, DE Frostee Rucker (shoulder) returned to practice today while DT Geno Atkins (Achilles) was added to the injury report with limited participation. Three starters who didn't practice yesterday -- RB Cedric Benson (foot), C Kyle Cook (foot) and S Chris Crocker (knee) -- all had full practices today.

STEELERS: QB Ben Roethlisberger (ankle) had a full practice after being limited yesterday. S Troy Polamalu (calf), OLB James Harrison (toe), DE Brett Keisel (groin) and C Maurkice Pouncey (ankle) all didn't participate today. It was the second straight day that Polamalu, Keisel and Harrison have missed practice. OLB LaMarr Woodley (hamstring) has had full practices the past two days.
