This is Friday Forecast, where we'll see how my predictions hold up against our readers'. This week, I will go against lawdogg1214 (who correctly matched the total points for last week's game) and CPOChuckG (who matched my points for Ravens-Texans game).

Here are our predictions for the divisional playoffs (which are all very similar):

Jamison Hensley

Ravens 27, Texans 14

Patriots 31, Broncos 13

lawdogg1214

Ravens 27, Texans 20

Patriots 35, Broncos 23

CPOChuckG

Ravens 31, Texans 10

Patriots 38, Broncos 17

PREDICTION BREAKDOWN

Ravens 27, Texans 14: There are so many trends working in the Ravens' favor. They've won 10 straight at home. They've never lost to the Texans (going 5-0 against them). And they're undefeated following byes under coach John Harbaugh. Their margin of victory following a bye under Harbaugh is 18 points. It was three months ago when Baltimore beat Houston by 15 points coming off a bye. The Ravens have worked a long time to get another bye and home playoff game. They're not going to drop the ball Sunday.

Patriots 31, Broncos 13: This won't be much of a game because the Broncos are coming off an emotional win and the Patriots are determined to end a three-game playoff losing streak. New England has too much offensive firepower with Tom Brady. When the Patriots jump out to a big lead (which has been a problem for them lately), Tim Tebow isn't a strong enough passing quarterback to lead Denver back.
