RG3 working hard to solidify draft status

There's been plenty of debate about whether the Cleveland Browns should move up to No. 2 to take Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III. As you will see in this video, RG3 is doing everything in his power to make sure he is the second player taken in the draft.

"No quarterback is doing this," RG3 said confidently while lifting weights.

RG3 is boosting his strength so he can elude pass-rushers, but he is also putting in work on the field. He is concentrating on three-, five- and seven-step drops. And, when he moves out of the pocket, the focus is on his footwork so he maintains balance.

"He's the kind of athlete that if you tell him something once, he's able to execute it," said Terry Shea, a quarterbacks consultant who is working with RG3. "It doesn't take a lot of reps to get something right."

There's little doubt that Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck will be the first player selected in the draft. But RG3 has done a phenomenal job in terms of promotion since winning the Heisman Trophy. He is the player that everyone in the league is talking about.
