What does Quinn selling home mean?

Brady Quinn's decision to put his house up for sale has raised questions about his future in Cleveland.

CLEVELAND—ESPN.com has confirmed that former Browns starting quarterback Brady Quinn put his Avon Lake, Ohio home up for sale Tuesday.

But what exactly does this mean?

It could mean nothing, such as Quinn liking another home and is moving down the street. NFL players are rich, after all.

Or it could mean everything, such as Quinn expects to be moved before the trade deadline on Oct. 20 or after the 2009 season.

There's always mystery surrounding the Cleveland Browns, and this is yet another example.

Despite not knowing Quinn’s intent, the timing comes off as extremely peculiar considering he was benched two weeks ago in favor of Derek Anderson. Would a quarterback of a local pro team really look to sell his home in the middle of the season if he were still starting?

The fact is Quinn is looking to get rid of a $775,000 property, so there is certainly smoke. But whether any fire comes of this in the future remains to be seen.
