As always, send all of your questions and comments here.

Nick in Detroit writes: Great job on the blog, I was wondering two things: Do you think Dante Stallworth will have a big impact on the Browns offense, and secondly, do you think the Browns defense is able to compete at a high level? It sure looks like they are slow and a step behind to me. Thanks!

James Walker: The Browns are very optimistic Stallworth will play, Nick, and the team has definitely missed his presence. He's a threat to go deep and he's also shown the ability to make catches and break tackles, and that's something Cleveland's offense has lacked this season. Stallworth should open things up for receiver Braylon Edwards and tight end Kellen Winslow Jr. Plus, Anderson needs his full complement of weapons to play his best.

James from Atlanta writes: I have Braylon Edwards on my fantasy team, and I drafted him late in the third round. He has done nothing this year and I'm wondering if you think he is worth holding onto if the Browns are going to get things going at all this year.

James Walker: I'm no fantasy expert. You may want to check with some of our gurus at ESPN.com such as Eric Karabell for this one. On the field I do think Edwards will get it going. He can be streaky at times and appears to be turning it around. He scored his first touchdown of the season against the Cincinnati Bengals. It's a long season and a player with Edwards' talent level shouldn't struggle all season.

Chris from Carlisle writes: James, is there any chance the Ravens go after a big-play WR before the trade deadline, such as Roy Williams? Or is it just wishfull thinking on my part. I know the Lions said they will lisen to offers for him, and I know he wants out and I know Cam Camron wants a big play WR but is there a chance the Ravens try to pull the trigger or just wait till the draft. Thanks!

James Walker: Chris, I don't see the Ravens making any trades before next week's deadline. This isn't the NBA, where the trade deadline is huge. Not many deals take place during the season in the NFL -- period. Baltimore lacks a dangerous deep threat, but the offense right now isn't built around Joe Flacco throwing the ball deep.

Jim from Manitowoc: Do the Steelers have any plans to use Limas Sweed or Dennis Dixon this year?

James Walker: Not right now, Jim. Pittsburgh drafted Sweed and Dixon to provide depth but so far neither player has been needed. Receiver Nate Washington is playing great football right now as the third receiver and Dixon won't see the field unless it's on trick plays. But since he's the No. 3 quarterback, he's never active anyway. Pittsburgh is rolling right now anyway, Jim. Why would you want to see rookies on the field for your team making first-year mistakes?

Mike from New Jersey writes: James, I know that the Ravens most likely won't make the playoffs. But what do you think there chances are on having a good season? And do you think playing now will benefit Joe Flacco for next year?

James Walker: Why so down, Mike? Baltimore won two in a row and lost two in a row. It's early and the Ravens are still in pretty good standing. Joe Flacco is going to make rookie mistakes, but I think he's played relatively decent football for what the Ravens are asking him to do. Some quarterbacks do better while learning on the field, and Flacco may prove to be one of those guys.

Pete from Marysville writes: James, Derek Anderson was quoted as saying, in preparation for the Giants game, that he just wants to "have fun" and "make some plays." Last season he downplayed his 4 interceptions in the Browns' biggest game against the Bengals. Do you think maybe he's too carefree to be a winning QB in the NFL? Also, should Romeo Crennel have put in Brady Quinn by now, or is Crennel just too proud?

James Walker: You bring up a great point, Pete. Anderson has a very relaxed, loose personality. The ability to quickly get over bad plays was part of what made him a good gunslinger last year, but it probably makes him look bad right now because he hasn't had a signature game this year. Anderson deserves a chance to work himself out of this predicament. He had a Pro Bowl year last season and never had his full compliment of weapons. So the Browns will likely give Anderson at least another game or two to see if he can right the ship. If things are not going well near the halfway point of the season and the Browns are still losing, then I expect Cleveland to make a change.
