Each day, we'll look at the draft for one team in the AFC North and ask you to put a grade on it. Either post a comment below or send me one to the AFC North mailbag. At the end of the week, I will post a fans' report card that includes all the division teams, along with selected commentary.

Next up is the Pittsburgh Steelers. Here's what they did in the 2012 draft:

First round: David DeCastro, G, Stanford. The draft's best guard had 316 knockdowns and 68 touchown-resulting blocks at Stanford.

Second round: Mike Adams, OT, Ohio State. He was once taken off the board for character issues but eventually given a first-round grade.

Third round: Sean Spence, ILB, Miami. Outside linebacker in college will move inside where he will back up Lawrence Timmons.

Fourth round: Alameda Ta'amu, NT, Washington. Steelers traded their sixth-round pick to move up 10 spots for the potential replacement for Casey Hampton.

Fifth round: Chris Rainey, RB, Florida. Explosive playmaker can be used as a running back, receiver and returner.

Seventh round: Toney Clemons, WR, Colorado. A vertical threat who needs to get stronger.

Seventh round: David Paulson, TE, Oregon. An overachiever who has steady hands yet lacks speed to get separation.

Seventh round: Terrence Frederick, CB, Texas A&M. He has good instincts and works best in zone coverage.

Seventh round: Kelvin Beachum, G, SMU. He's an aggressive blocker but he has limitations as a pass protector.
