Pack your bags (and preferably a toothbrush) because it's road trip time. I will be attending the mandatory minicamps this week for the Cincinnati Bengals, Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens (I was at the one for the Cleveland Browns last week).

This is the schedule for the week: Bengals on Tuesday, Steelers on Wednesday and Ravens on Thursday. Yes, that means three camps in three states in a span of three days. What does this mean for you? Hopefully, three days of good reading. What does this mean for me? Not a lot of sleep.

I will continue to give you the news of the day, but it might be later than usual because I will be out at practice. This is the last week that teams will have all of their players under one roof before training camp begins in late July. So, let's say this all together: Good job, good effort.
