A look at how the quarterbacks around the division fared in Week 4:
Stats: 20-for-31 (64.5 percent) for 244 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.
Comment: Dalton would've had a third interception returned for a touchdown this season if the Jaguars linebacker hadn't fumbled it 10 yards from the end zone. He rebounded nicely and picked up on Jacksonville trying to cover A.J. Green with man coverage. Dalton completed passes to eight receivers, but he really clicked with Green in the second half. Here's a note from the people who put together QBR: Dalton posted a 89.4 Total QBR against Jacksonville one week after amassing a league-high 93.4 Total QBR in Week 3. Only once last season did Andy Dalton have a Total QBR above 89.
QBR: 89.4 (Fourth among quarterbacks this week)
Stats: 25-for-52 (48.0 percent) for 320 yards, no touchdowns and one interception.
Comment: Weeden's biggest mistake turned into a touchdown. He was picked off by Ravens cornerback Cary Williams on a poor throw to the sideline and watched him run 63 yards for a score. Then, down by a touchdown in the final minute, Weeden threw his final pass out of the end zone where no one had a chance to make a Hail Mary grab. The Browns receivers didn't help Weeden with over a handful of drops Thursday night.
QBR: 10.1 (28th among quarterbacks this week)
Stats: 28-for-46 (60.8 percent) for 356 yards, one touchdowns and one interception.
Comment: Flacco wasn't at his best and still threw for the fourth-most yards of his career. He got sloppy at times and got picked off in the red zone, ending a two-year streak of throwing 125 passes inside the 20-yard line without one. But Flacco came back and threw a perfect 18-yard touchdown strike down the middle of the field that went over the head of one Browns defender and right to Torrey Smith. Flacco also showed that he can make plays with his legs when he scored on a one-yard touchdown.
QBR: 63.8 (14th among quarterbacks this week)
Season QBR: 80.4 (Second among quarterbacks)
Grade: On bye
