It was not another good week for the AFC North in the power rankings. There was only team that moved up and that was two spots by the Browns. The Ravens remained in the same spot despite two teams losing ahead of them. And, to no one's surprise, the Steelers and Bengals fell after getting upset on the road.

Here's a recap:

BALTIMORE RAVENS

ESPN Power Ranking: No. 4

My ranking: No. 2

2012 record: 5-1

Comment: I have the Ravens higher than most of my fellow voters. Baltimore is banged-up and has not been dominant in its four-game winning streak. But the Ravens' only loss has been by one point to the Eagles. That's as close to undefeated as you're going to get.

PITTSBURGH STEELERS

ESPN Power Ranking: No. 14

My ranking: No. 15

2012 record: 2-3

Comment: The Steelers are a top 10 team at home and a bottom 10 team on the road. So, where does that put Pittsburgh? Right in the middle of the power rankings. Unlike the power rankings, I have the Steelers one spot ahead of the Eagles, who lost at Pittsburgh nine days ago.

CINCINNATI BENGALS

ESPN Power Ranking: No. 21

My ranking: No. 23

2012 record: 3-3

Comment: The Bengals had the biggest fall in the power rankings this week, dropping six spots. That's what happens when you lose to a team that had lost 11 straight games. This is a season low for the Bengals on this year's power rankings. Cincinnati hadn't dipped below No. 18 in the previous six weeks.

CLEVELAND BROWNS

ESPN Power Ranking: No. 30

My ranking: No. 30

2012 record: 1-5

Comment: After four straight weeks, the Browns get out of the basement of the power rankings. Cleveland had ranked 31st or 32 in the first six weeks of the season. Just like the power rankings, I have the Browns above the Jaguars and Chiefs. That was an easy decision, in my opinion.

Here are my rankings:

5. 49ers

6. Bears

7. Packers
