Fireworks in Cleveland

CLEVELAND -- Football fans in Northeast Ohio just witnessed two huge back-to-back plays Sunday.

Baltimore Ravens rookie quarterback Joe Flacco threw a beautiful 47-yard bomb to receiver Mark Clayton to give the Ravens a 10-0 lead. Clayton got behind Browns cornerback Brandon McDonald after the Ravens did a play-action fake to tailback Ray Rice.

On the ensuing kickoff, Cleveland Browns returner Joshua Cribbs returned a kick 92 yards to cut the lead to 10-7 to wake up a once-dormant home crowd.

In what could be a defensive struggle, big plays and special teams may be the best way to spark these offenses. So far 17 points have been scored in the first quarter, which wasn't expected.
