CLEVELAND -- The Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns both have their big defensive tackles in the starting lineup today.

Baltimore's Haloti Ngata is active despite being questionable with knee and shoulder injuries. Ngata didn't practice Thursday or Friday.

Cleveland's Phillip Taylor, who was activated off the Physically Unable to Perform list, is scheduled to start. He missed the first eight games this season after having surgery to repair a torn pectoral muscle.

BROWNS: DT Ahtyba Rubin, CB Dimitri Patterson, RB Brandon Jackson, S Tashaun Gipson, FB Owen Marecic, OL Jarrod Shaw and WR Josh Cooper.
