BALTIMORE -- Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning is 6-2 all-time against the Ravens, and he showed why on opening drive.
Manning made quick work of Baltimore’s struggling secondary, going 3-of-4 for 84 yards and a touchdown to give the undefeated Colts a 7-0 lead. Manning made a pair of beautiful throws of 66 yards and a 3-yard touchdown to Dallas Clark on the drive.
Baltimore’s secondary has been an issue all season. Manning is probably the worst possible matchup for this unit, as it appears the Colts will be putting pressure on the Ravens to keep up all afternoon.
(Update: Ravens kicker Billy Cundiff answers with a pair of field goals to cut the deficit to 7-6.)
